At Karleen, we believe the best conversations don't happen in crowded rooms. That's why each experience is intentionally limited to just 8 to 10 guests.
In a smaller setting, conversations unfold naturally. People have the opportunity to truly listen and connect in ways that simply aren't possible in a large crowd.

1. Welcome Reception
Arrive, unwind, and enjoy a selection of beverages and chef-selected light bites as you meet fellow guests. This relaxed welcome reception lasts approximately 30 minutes, allowing everyone to settle in and enjoy meaningful conversations before lunch is served.
2. Your Seat at the Table
Following the welcome reception, you're invited to choose your seat and enjoy a thoughtfully prepared lunch. Whether you continue a conversation from earlier or get to know someone new, the setting is designed to encourage meaningful connections in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
3. After Lunch
As the afternoon continues, guests are welcome to linger, continue conversations, and enjoy the company of those they've met. If you've enjoyed getting to know someone and would like to stay in touch, you're welcome to exchange contact information before you leave. There is absolutely no expectation to do so. We simply ask that any exchange of contact information be based on mutual interest and mutual choice.
